Your company has just completed applying the Board Approved window tinting in my apartment today, and, I just wanted express my complete satisfaction with the product and the knowledgeable service of your technicians.

The product exceeded all my expectations in the sense that it allowed much more light to enter through the windows than I had hoped for. In addition, the level of heat passing through the windows was greatly reduced and the difference was immediately noticed.Before the tinting was applied, I would have to keep my heavily lined drapes closed to prevent the heat transfer into the apartment. After the application I can now leave the drapes open and enjoy the view all day long.

I was also amazed at how unnoticeable the tinting appears from outside. It is difficult to tell if the glass is event tinted, and, I am hoping that the UV light rejection, as stated in your brochure, will help preserve the invesment made in my drapes, carpeting, and furiniture as well.

Additionally, the 30% discount and 15 year warranty is greatly appreciated as this makes the investment very worthwhile and affordable.

I wanted to take a few minutes to say "Thank you" for the very successful window tinting project here at the Maui Ocean Club, In my many years of hotel engineering management it is very rare to see a large project carried out with such professionalism and within time and budget parameters. From your initial presentation to our Board of Directors through the work that has been completed I commend you and your staff for the courteous manner in which you completed the occupied villa window tint installations.

On another note, our electricity consumption numbers for the first quarter of 2005 are down 6.5% from the same period last year with higher occupancy 2005. We have also had very positive guest and owner response on the Huper Optik C30 film. The tint enhances the room product and has been a positive improvement in all of our villas.

I would highly recommend Ace tinting for all your tinting needs. Over the last ten years, I've used Keith of Ace Tinting on a variety of jobs, from tinting automobile wndows to replacing painted opaque panels with tint. He has a good selection of materials and his prices are fair. Replacing the opaque tint was a very difficult job because it required him and his men to crawl in the ceilling and jury rig a working platform

We just completed the installation of approximately 6,000 sq ft of window tint at the Waikiki Shopping Plaza, Keith took it upn himself to coordinate with all our tenants (5) to schedule the tinting (this saved me a lot of time). He was very neat and accomodating. Everybody involved was very satisfied with his installation. On this job, we chose to forgo the HECO rebate because we felt that this particular tint was ideal for our building and the savings from our air conditioning would more than make up for it.

My name is Lawrence W. Hindle and Iam the Director of engineering for The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company in Maui, Hawai, My e-mail today is to provide you with some background information of projects I have completed years we completed a $100 million renovation of the Maui Marriott Resort and contracted Keith Kishi to install the Huper Optik C30 film on all 720 guest rooms and much cooler areas in the public spaces. We also noticed a drop in our cooling/chiller cost after the installation of the ceramic film. This installation was done in 50% of the guest rooms during "occupied" situations due to the very high occupancy of the property and the scheduled installation of the window film with programmable thermostats in all the guest rooms. Not only did Keith and his crew meet our schedule we also did not receive any guest related complaints due to them installing this product while the rooms were occupied.

At The Ritz-Carlton Kapalua we have installed the Huper Optik C30 film in all public spaces and meeting rooms and the result was just as dramatic. We are planning the installation of the window film in all 550 guest rooms during our planned renovations that will start in July 2007.

Since completion of the job we've noted a dramatic reduction of the heat and glare and are able to withdraw the blinds to let the view into our building as designed by the architects for the first time since we moved into our new build in January 2001. Our employees tell us how much cooler it is on both floors.

More significantly, during these periods of increased energy costs, our HVAC cooling system is operating much more efficiently, and the portion of the building facing the sun is noticeable cooler.
